Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Analyst I to ensure appropriate charge capture and compliance for assigned service lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data and develop reports to support charge capture and compliance
• Monitor trends in coding and charge capture processes to enhance team performance
• Provide education and guidance on charge capture accountability and revenue monitoring

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a detail-oriented role with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a clinical or revenue integrity environment
• Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to optimize operational success
• Bachelor's degree in finance, healthcare management, data science, or related field preferred
• Proficient or certified with Epic clinical or billing applications preferred
