Revenue Integrity Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance revenue capture and reimbursement processes, the full-time remote Revenue Integrity Analyst will develop metrics, track performance indicators, and collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate reporting and analysis of revenue-related activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop and analyze department-specific reporting on revenue, denials, and payment validation
• Assist in root cause analysis and recommend workflow improvements to enhance revenue processes
• Maintain the contract management system and perform financial analyses to maximize reimbursement opportunities

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, or a related field
• Two years of related experience in revenue integrity or healthcare finance
• Experience in professional billing or coding preferred
• Proficiency in Epic and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of healthcare finance fundamentals, including insurance claim processing and third-party reimbursement
