Revenue Integrity Analyst

Job Summary

Performing medical and revenue audits, the full-time Revenue Integrity Analyst will ensure revenue integrity by adhering to federal and state regulations, managing third-party payer reimbursement contracts, and providing analytical support, all while working remotely Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality control audits to ensure data integrity and communicate findings and recommendations
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on revenue integrity issues and develop provider education strategies
• Review payments for accuracy from contracted payers and manage the appeals process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, management, healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field
• Three years of experience in auditing and/or coding; clinical experience preferred
• Coding certification (e.g., CCS, RHIA, RHIT) or applicable experience preferred
