Revenue Integrity Analyst

Job Summary

To support accurate charge capture and reimbursement, the full-time remote Revenue Integrity Analyst will conduct audits, analyze billing issues, and collaborate with various departments to maintain compliance and efficiency of the charge master.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Excel analyses and validate the accuracy of information to resolve inconsistencies
• Evaluate and implement charge requests, ensuring alignment with coding and billing guidelines
• Conduct charge capture audits to identify discrepancies and develop action plans for resolution

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of coding experience, preferably in a hospital setting
• Experience with charge capture audits
• Certifications such as CCS, CIRCC, COC, CPC, or equivalent preferred
• EPIC experience preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance including CMS rules and NCCI edits
