Revenue Integrity Analyst

Job Summary

Managing complex revenue integrity initiatives, the full-time remote Revenue Integrity Analyst II will perform advanced charge analysis, oversee charge reconciliation, and investigate denial root causes while collaborating with operational leaders to enhance charge capture and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed charge reviews for high-risk departments such as surgery and radiology
• Review and validate Epic charge build elements, including CPT/HCPCS and revenue codes
• Perform root cause analysis for charge-related denials and implement corrective recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Integrity, Revenue Cycle, Coding, or Healthcare Finance
• Strong knowledge of CPT/HCPCS, revenue codes, and CMS billing regulations
