Revenue Integrity Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Revenue Integrity Department, the full-time Revenue Integrity Analyst will maintain and optimize charge masters, analyze revenue utilization, and assist with financial analyses, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing charge master data and monitoring revenue utilization to promote compliance and reimbursement optimization
• Assisting with financial analyses that detail gross and net revenue impacts, ensuring standardized charging methodologies
• Collaborating with Hospital Service Lines and Revenue Cycle departments to ensure accurate maintenance and operational support within the Epic Hospital Billing system

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 2-5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle functions
• Strong understanding of CPT, HCPCS, and Revenue Codes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
• Experience supporting clinical and operational workflows in various hospital service lines
