Revenue Integrity Analyst

Job Summary

To support operational efficiency and regulatory compliance, the full-time Revenue Integrity Analyst will manage charge capture improvements, conduct audits, and collaborate with clinical and financial leaders while working remotely from MO, IL, OK, or WI.

Key responsibilities

• Leads audit evaluations to ensure accuracy of charges, coding assignments, and billing compliance
• Collaborates with coding and financial departments to identify revenue opportunities in line with payor guidelines
• Provides training and guidance on charge accuracy and coding compliance to departmental staff

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three years of experience in a hospital organization or physician practice environment
• Demonstrated understanding of revenue cycle processes and data integrity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Epic
• Current knowledge of Charge Description Master (CDM) and related operational processes
