Revenue Integrity Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Revenue Integrity Analyst will manage charge capture, claim edits, and regulatory compliance for assigned service lines while analyzing data and providing guidance to clinical operations.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze data and develop reports to identify trends and recommend enhancements
- Monitor coding and charge capture processes to improve performance and ensure compliance with regulations
- Provide education and support to revenue cycle and clinical teams regarding charge capture and revenue monitoring
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a detail-oriented analytical role
- Ability to work effectively within a clinical operational area or revenue integrity team
- Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance patient experience
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in finance, healthcare management, data science, or a related field
- Proficient with Epic clinical or billing applications and experienced in healthcare revenue cycle processes
