Revenue Integrity Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking three experienced Revenue Integrity Service Line Analysts, the fully remote position will manage revenue integrity initiatives by collaborating with clinical, operational, finance, and coding teams to enhance accurate revenue capture and implement sustainable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Revenue Integrity resource for assigned clinical service lines, partnering with various stakeholders
• Review and maintain the relationship between the chargemaster, clinical workflows, and billing processes
• Perform assessments of workflows to identify improvement opportunities and recommend corrective actions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Health Information Management, or a related field
• Progressive Revenue Integrity experience, including service line assessments and revenue optimization
• Strong Epic revenue cycle experience, particularly with chargemaster management
• Revenue integrity, coding, or revenue cycle certification preferred (CPC, COC, CCS, CHRI, CRCR, or equivalent)
• Clinical experience or relevant clinical credentials, such as RN, is a plus for senior-level candidates
