Revenue Integrity Analyst II

Job Summary

To support the revenue cycle operations, the full-time remote Revenue Integrity Analyst II will analyze data, develop reports, and resolve billing issues to ensure timely payment of patient accounts while collaborating with various teams to enhance compliance and efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze data and trends to recommend enhancements for charge/coding capture and editing processes
• Monitor revenue integrity activities and ensure compliance with CMS, Federal, and State regulations
• Provide education and guidance on charging/coding regulations to service line leadership and clinical associates

Required qualifications:

• Associates Degree in a healthcare-related field or two years of leadership experience in projects or programs
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) Certification within three months of hire
• Current certification as a coder through AAPC, AHIMA, or HFMA
• Three years of direct experience in revenue cycle operations in acute and medical office settings
• Proficiency in EPIC is preferred
