Revenue Integrity Analyst - PA Licensed
Job Summary
Completing charge reconciliation based on established policies, the full-time Revenue Integrity Analyst - PA Licensed will work remotely to ensure timely and accurate processing of charges while analyzing physician and hospital-based services.
Key responsibilities:
- Gather, monitor, and analyze reconciliation data reports for assigned Institute Revenue Hub Dashboards
- Identify and report trends or issues through daily review and analysis to management and team members
- Ensure accurate coding and billing practices by comparing Electronic Medical Records to professional and hospital billing
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required
- Experience with charge reconciliation and revenue management practices preferred
- Proficiency in computer literacy and data analysis tools
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
