Revenue Integrity Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Revenue Integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Reimbursement Charge Master staff and communicate revenue analysis to facility leadership
• Manage charge entry, revenue flow, and pricing of charges, including maintaining fee schedules and implementing charging workflows
• Collaborate with IT on system updates and provide technical guidance related to revenue generation and charge master processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Preferred certifications include Epic Hospital Billing or Epic Charge Master, and coding certifications such as CPC, CPC-P, RHIA, or RHIT
• 5-7 years of experience in hospital finance or healthcare reimbursement, with 3-5 years in a management role preferred
• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement, CPTs, APCs, DRGs, and HCPCS codes
• Two years of project management experience required
