Key Responsibilities

• Oversee system-wide charge capture activities and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Develop and implement strategies for charge capture education and process improvements
• Monitor metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue cycle performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related field plus 2 years of relevant experience
• Thorough knowledge of revenue cycle operations and applicable regulatory requirements
• Experience with computer systems used in revenue cycle management
• 3 years of applicable leadership experience in a business-related field
• Ability to achieve relevant certifications within one year of employment
