Revenue Integrity Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Payment Variance Revenue Integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and resolve charge capture opportunities and issues to reduce denial rates
• Lead complex audits, analyze financial trends, and prepare methodologies for billing and coding changes
• Provide guidance and support to leaders and teammates while reviewing contracts and analyzing claims data

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Undergraduate degree or internship in a healthcare-related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle or Healthcare Claims preferred
• Healthcare operations experience preferred
• Understanding of auditing and reporting tools such as SQL
• Knowledge of health insurance, EHRs, EMRs, and claims handling
