Revenue Integrity Manager

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership for enterprise-wide charge governance and revenue optimization, the full-time remote Revenue Integrity Manager will oversee charge build integrity, governance, and compliance across the integrated health system while collaborating with various departments to minimize revenue leakage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise Revenue Integrity strategy and operational execution
• Establish governance for charge build, CDM maintenance, and denial prevention
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce revenue leakage and educate operational leaders on charge governance

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years in Revenue Integrity, Revenue Cycle, or Healthcare Finance
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Experience with Epic Resolute (HB/PB)
• Advanced knowledge of CPT/HCPCS, CMS billing regulations, and charge capture
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
