Revenue Integrity Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading Charge Description Master (CDM) strategy and compliance initiatives, the remote Revenue Integrity & CDM Operations Manager will optimize revenue integrity processes and collaborate with finance, compliance, clinical, and IT teams in a contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic maintenance and optimization of the Charge Description Master (CDM)
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance revenue integrity processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Conduct audits and analyze reimbursement trends to identify opportunities for charge capture accuracy and operational improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Integrity, CDM management, or healthcare reimbursement
• Strong knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, and payer reimbursement methodologies
• Experience with hospital billing systems and EMR platforms, preferably Epic
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment
