Revenue Integrity Process Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Clinical & Business Process Engineer to support the Defense Health Agency in optimizing revenue integrity workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead assessments of clinical and revenue cycle workflows, including scheduling, registration, and billing
• Facilitate process mapping and stakeholder sessions to improve workflows across teams
• Design future-state workflows and ensure compliance with DHA objectives and regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations improvement or process engineering
• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies in relevant environments
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows and control points affecting charge capture
• Experience with enterprise EHR and billing systems, preferably MHS GENESIS
