Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews of charge capture practices and provide education to clinical staff
• Coordinate implementation of charge capture improvement tools and monitor compliance
• Lead projects to enhance revenue compliance and optimize Charge Description Master (CDM) structures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Five years of progressively responsible related work experience
• Strong knowledge of coding conventions and third-party payer rules
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems
• Ability to analyze revenue data and present findings to diverse audiences
