Revenue Integrity Program Manager

Job Summary

To enhance revenue optimization in the Ophthalmology, Psychiatry, and Sleep Medicine service lines, the full-time salaried Revenue Integrity Program Manager will manage charge capture practices, ensure compliance in billing, and collaborate with clinical departments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conducts reviews and audits of charge capture practices, providing education and coordinating improvement tools
• Ensures compliance in the Charge Description Master (CDM) and evaluates requests for regulatory adherence
• Leads projects to improve revenue capture and performs financial analyses to report the impact of changes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in revenue cycle operations
• Proficient in analyzing revenue data and presenting findings to diverse audiences
• Knowledge of coding conventions and third-party payer rules and regulations
• Preferred certifications include Certified Outpatient Coder (COC), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT)
