Revenue Integrity Program Manager

Job Summary

To enhance revenue optimization in the Oncology Service Line, the full-time salaried Revenue Integrity Program Manager will manage charge capture practices, ensure compliance in billing, and collaborate with clinical leaders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct charge capture audits and provide education to clinical staff on compliance and coding practices
• Optimize the Charge Description Master (CDM) for regulatory compliance and maintain pricing integrity
• Lead projects aimed at improving revenue capture and increasing efficiencies in the charge capture process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in revenue cycle operations
• Strong knowledge of coding conventions and third-party payer regulations
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to communicate findings effectively
• Preferred certifications include Certified Outpatient Coder (COC), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT)
