Revenue Integrity Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Specialist who will be responsible for processing reimbursement/payment audits and maximizing cash flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of payer processed claims to ensure accurate reimbursement
• Assist in leading strategic initiatives to drive efficiency and deliver results
• Manage denial trends and collaborate with Revenue Cycle Teams and payer representatives

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
• 3+ years of experience in payer contracts and/or auditing payer payments
• Experience in a medical billing office preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations is necessary
