Revenue Integrity Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Revenue Integrity Specialist to ensure accurate charging, billing, and coding practices while maintaining financial health in regional operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audits to identify payment discrepancies and denial trends
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training plans for new team members
• Monitor denial trends and communicate with teams to optimize revenue opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a medical billing office preferred
• 3+ years of experience with payer contracts and/or auditing payer payments
• Experience with Trizetto EOB and AthenaOne software systems is a plus
• Knowledge of process documentation and training design principles
• Intermediate Excel knowledge, including basic formulas and pivot tables
