Revenue Integrity Specialist

Job Summary

Working full-time during the day shift, the Revenue Integrity Specialist will manage charge capture and reconciliation processes across clinical departments, ensuring compliance and accuracy while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote capacity for candidates residing in specific states.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with service line leaders to implement charge capture process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance
• Analyzes charge review findings and denial trends to recommend improvements in documentation and billing accuracy
• Partners with billing teams to resolve claim errors and validate accurate charge capture and reporting

Required qualifications

• Associate Degree in a healthcare or finance-related field
• Five years of experience in a coding or billing role
• One of the following coding credentials: AAPC/AHIMA: RHIT, RHIA, CCS, CPC, CPC-H
