Revenue Integrity Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a RIS Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform operational revenue integrity functions such as charge capture, clinical billing, appeals, and audits
• Provide charge review/reporting, denial support, appeals coordination, and reimbursement analysis
• Serve as a clinical Subject Matter Expert for regulatory and compliance related to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Clinical, Health Care Administration, Health Information Management or related field
• At least 8 years' clinical or health care work experience
• At least 5 years' revenue cycle and/or health care operations work experience
• At least 5 years' healthcare reimbursement work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams
