Revenue Integrity Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Revenue Integrity in the HIM Revenue Integrity department.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational processes related to charge capture, billing edits, and compliance, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met
• Collaborate with compliance and audit teams to analyze and address billing and coding issues
• Engage with Revenue Cycle leaders and Clinical Liaisons to identify and educate on opportunities to prevent missed or incorrectly charged services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Two years of relevant experience and one year of supervisory experience with a Bachelor's degree; or six years with an Associate's degree; or ten years with a High School diploma/GED
• No licensure or certification required
