Revenue Integrity Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Training Specialist to ensure accurate charging, billing, and coding practices in healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audits to identify and resolve payment discrepancies and denial trends
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training plans for new team members
• Evaluate training progress through routine quality audits and provide feedback to leadership

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a medical billing office preferred
• 3+ years of experience with payer contracts and/or auditing payer payments
• Experience with Trizetto EOB and AthenaOne software is a plus
• Knowledge of process documentation and training design principles
• Intermediate Excel knowledge, including basic formulas and pivot tables
