Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Revenue Intelligence Analyst will build and maintain dashboards and decision-making tools to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes and enhance customer engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and tools for various departments, including Transactions and Product
- Transform business questions into reliable decision systems by defining problems, gathering evidence, and measuring results
- Identify patterns in customer data to recommend improvements in processes, products, and integrations
Required qualifications
- Strong analytical judgment and commercial curiosity
- Experience with data analysis, spreadsheets, SQL, or coding to solve ambiguous problems
- Ability to work with both structured and unstructured data
- Interest in marketplaces, B2B SaaS, and operational systems
- Experience in the floriculture industry is a strong plus
