Job Summary
Owning the distribution strategy for manufactured housing insurance products, the full-time Revenue Lead for Manufactured Housing will build and execute go-to-market plans, lead the sales team, and manage key partner relationships in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute the go-to-market distribution strategy for manufactured housing insurance products
- Hire, lead, and coach the sales team while closing deals and optimizing team performance
- Identify and develop relationships with key distribution partners in the manufactured housing market
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in revenue leadership, distribution, or commercial roles in insurance or adjacent B2B financial services
- Working knowledge of the manufactured housing industry and existing relationships with community operators and REITs
- Proven track record of launching or scaling a new product line or market entry
- Experience owning a revenue number quota, retention target, or P&L line
- Hands-on experience building and managing a sales team through revenue cycles
