Job Summary

Owning the post-acquisition revenue journey, the remote Revenue Lifecycle Manager will maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR), optimize the customer lifecycle, and collaborate cross-functionally to align product value with monetization strategies.

Key responsibilities
  • Track, analyze, and improve key metrics such as NRR, GRR, and LTV:CAC ratios
  • Map the post-sales customer journey, identifying friction points and designing experiments to enhance user experience
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure alignment between product value and monetization strategies
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of direct experience in Revenue Operations, Growth Marketing, or Customer Success Operations within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics including MRR, ARR, NRR, GRR, Churn, LTV, and CAC
  • Hands-on experience with modern SaaS tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Mixpanel
  • Proven track record of measurably improving retention or expansion revenue
  • Experience working with US small business customers is preferred
