Job Summary
Owning the post-acquisition revenue journey, the remote Revenue Lifecycle Manager will maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR), optimize the customer lifecycle, and collaborate cross-functionally to align product value with monetization strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Track, analyze, and improve key metrics such as NRR, GRR, and LTV:CAC ratios
- Map the post-sales customer journey, identifying friction points and designing experiments to enhance user experience
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure alignment between product value and monetization strategies
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of direct experience in Revenue Operations, Growth Marketing, or Customer Success Operations within a B2B SaaS environment
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics including MRR, ARR, NRR, GRR, Churn, LTV, and CAC
- Hands-on experience with modern SaaS tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Mixpanel
- Proven track record of measurably improving retention or expansion revenue
- Experience working with US small business customers is preferred
