Revenue Management Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the hotel revenue management team to formulate pricing strategies and inventory restrictions
• Lead revenue maximization initiatives across all revenue-generating departments
• Analyze results of strategies and provide necessary communication to hotel teams and ownership groups

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Revenue Manager in hotel revenue management
• Minimum of 2 years leading a team in a dynamic environment
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Luxury Resorts Market preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and related data management systems
• Technically skilled in managing Revenue Management systems and Microsoft Office applications
