Job Summary
Managing and evolving the Choice Revenue Optimization Consulting Services (ROCS) program, the full-time Revenue Management Program Manager will oversee strategic revenue management support for hotels, ensuring compliance and optimizing internal processes while communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize and maintain internal integrity in billing, compliance, and vendor relationships
- Deploy initiatives to enhance adoption and retention while streamlining processes
- Track, analyze, and forecast hotel engagement metrics to inform strategic decisions
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of Revenue Management experience
- Comprehensive understanding of Revenue Management principles and industry-standard metrics
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work-related experience in hospitality or Revenue Management
- Revenue Management certification (CHRM or CRME) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
