Revenue Management Risk Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting billing and revenue operations, the full-time Revenue Management Risk Analyst will identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks across group accounts and ported member populations while ensuring quality and compliance through audit reviews and managing operational tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Compile, analyze, and distribute risk analysis reviews for group accounts and ported member populations
• Perform quality reviews of audits completed by billing analysts to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards
• Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute enhancements

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in revenue management, billing operations, or financial operations required
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with complex data analysis and reporting required
• Strong business acumen with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment required
• Ability to support operations between 7:00 AM-6:00 PM, demonstrating flexibility during peak periods required
