Revenue Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist in Revenue Management (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage research and resolution of outstanding patient and insurance credit accounts
• Process refunds or credit reversals and prepare government monthly credit reports
• Ensure accurate charge capture, claim edits, and update patient demographics and insurance information

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 4 years of experience in medical office, billing, collections, or coding
• Strong knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-9/10 codes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of insurance explanation of benefits (EOB) and remittance codes
