Revenue Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Line Specialist in Revenue Management (resident Eastern Standard Time Zone).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional and hospital billing and collection functions, including cash posting and accounts receivable resolution
• Ensure cost effectiveness and operational efficiency within revenue management activities
• Communicate billing, insurance follow-up, and cash flow activities to management and collaborate with other areas for coordinated revenue management efforts

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required; Associate's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience required
• Participation in a minimum of sixty hours of classroom training per year
• Experience with revenue management processes and third-party payers
• Ability to analyze trends and issues within the revenue management process
