Revenue Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist in Revenue Management (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Research and resolve outstanding patient and insurance credit accounts, ensuring accurate claims filing
• Process refunds or credit reversals in accordance with departmental policies
• Prepare and manage government monthly credit reporting and ensure revenue integrity through analysis of Accounts Receivables reports

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 4 years of experience in medical office or billing settings, including collections or coding
• Strong knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-9/10 codes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of insurance explanation of benefits and remittance codes
