Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Line Specialist in Revenue Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform billing and collection functions for professional and hospital accounts, ensuring efficient operations and cash flow
- Communicate functional activities related to billing, insurance follow-up, and revenue management to leadership
- Develop and implement quality initiatives to monitor and improve revenue management processes
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required; Associate's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience required
- Participation in a minimum of sixty hours of classroom training per year
- Experience in managing accounts receivable and resolving credit balance issues
- Ability to analyze trends and issues within revenue management
