Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Management Specialist who conducts data analysis to enhance revenue and improve financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate current revenue cycle states and implement improvement strategies based on data analysis
• Manage multi-functional teams and oversee project plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Develop and implement systems for financial, statistical, and operational reporting to support revenue cycle operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Informatics
• 10 years of relevant experience in revenue management or related fields
• Master's Degree is preferred
• Training and certification in Six Sigma or LEAN is highly desirable
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
