Job Summary

Ensuring financial accuracy and operational integrity, the full-time remote Reservations Revenue Specialist will manage pro forma audits, oversee credits and refunds, and advocate for partner compliance to protect margins in the luxury travel sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily audits of pro forma invoices to identify pricing discrepancies and ensure margin protection
• Maintain accurate ledgers for travel credits and refunds, providing operational reports to highlight trends
• Communicate with partners to enforce contractual terms and negotiate resolutions for discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Accounting, or Supplier Relationship Management within the travel industry
• Mastery of travel industry pricing and distribution landscape
• Advanced mathematical proficiency and understanding of financial lifecycles (AR/AP)
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Native-level English communication skills for effective interaction with global partners
