Revenue Management Specialist

Job Summary

Working from home, the full-time Service Line Specialist Revenue Management will manage billing, collections, and analysis for clinical service lines, ensuring efficient operations and cash flow while addressing accounts receivable issues.

Key responsibilities

• Perform hospital and professional billing and collection functions, including adjustments and credit balance resolution
• Communicate revenue cycle activities and collaborate with other areas to ensure coordinated revenue cycle operations
• Develop and implement quality initiatives and provide training for revenue management employees

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required; Associate's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience required
• Experience with revenue cycle functions and third-party payers
• Ability to analyze trends and issues related to revenue management
• Familiarity with technological initiatives for business process improvements
