Revenue Management Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure timely and accurate invoicing for services provided, the full-time Revenue Management Specialist will manage the submission of claims, evaluate payments, and follow up with payers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Submits accurate invoices to payers and verifies service authorizations and documentation
• Evaluates and applies payments to patient accounts, ensuring compliance with fee schedules
• Follows up on submitted invoices and resolves any denials or payment issues promptly

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0 - 6 months of experience in Infusion Reimbursement or Intake/Admissions
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
