Revenue Management Specialist

Job Summary

Providing essential billing and collection functions, the full-time Service Line Specialist Revenue Management will manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring efficient operations and cash flow while working remotely in the Eastern Standard Time Zone.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform professional and hospital billing and collection functions, including cash posting and accounts receivable resolution
• Communicate billing and cash flow activities to senior management and collaborate with other areas to meet revenue management needs
• Develop and implement quality initiatives to monitor and improve revenue management processes

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience required
• Participation in a minimum of sixty hours of classroom training per year
