Job Summary

Providing essential billing and collection functions, the full-time Service Line Specialist Revenue Management will manage accounts receivable, execute cash flow initiatives, and ensure efficient operations while working remotely from Pennsylvania.

Key responsibilities

• Perform professional and hospital billing and collection functions, including cash posting and A/R resolution
• Communicate billing activities and cash flow results to senior management, ensuring alignment with organizational profitability
• Develop and implement quality initiatives to monitor and improve revenue management processes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required; Associate's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience required
• Participation in a minimum of sixty hours of classroom training per year
