• Assist team members with claim-related issues and provide training for new employees
• Monitor claims, manage billing staff meetings, and resolve open billing issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience with home health/hospice billing functions
• Experience in planning and presenting training sessions
• Preferred experience in project management
• Preferred management experience
