Revenue Management Supervisor

Job Summary

Providing leadership and direction to the billing and collections reimbursement team, the full-time Revenue Management Supervisor will ensure efficient operation, timely claims billing and collection, and adherence to guidelines while working remotely from home.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the billing reimbursement department operates efficiently and effectively
• Assist team members in researching claim-related issues and provide training for new employees
• Monitor claims, resolve billing issues, and manage staff meetings to enhance team performance

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of demonstrated experience with home health/hospice billing functions
• Experience in planning and presenting trainings in individual or large group settings
• Previous project management experience is preferred
• Previous management experience is preferred
