Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Manager, Revenue Management Product Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day Revenue Management systems support in partnership with Global Technology
  • Document business requirements, develop test plans, conduct user acceptance testing, and support user training for system changes
  • Identify, manage, and resolve system incidents in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
  • 4-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficient understanding of Revenue Strategy Solutions
  • Experience with Transient and Group strategies
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and JIRA/Confluence
