Revenue Management Technology Manager

Job Summary

Collaborating with the Commercial Services team, the full-time remote Revenue Management Technology Manager will oversee the execution of revenue management initiatives, manage system integrations, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and assist in the execution and implementation of various Revenue Management initiatives across cross-functional departments
• Manage the CRS/RMS monthly cutover for new properties, ensuring successful implementation and issue resolution
• Work with vendors to define requirements for product enhancements and ensure successful operation of systems and data feeds

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in hospitality, business, analytics, or a related field
• 4+ years of progressive experience in hospitality revenue management technology, analytics, pricing, or distribution
• Extensive knowledge of IDeaS G3 RMS and revenue optimization strategies
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale platform rollouts and integrations across RMS, PMS, CRS, and S&C systems
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting, price optimization, inventory controls, and channel profitability
