Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Manager II responsible for managing revenue data collection, analysis, and forecasting to enhance decision-making and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day personnel functions, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and training
• Prepare analyses, reporting, and recommendations for the revenue leadership team, focusing on key performance indicators and forecasting
• Develop policies and initiatives to enhance revenue cycle performance and compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in Revenue, Finance, or Accounting required
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial tools
• Ability to independently make decisions under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in reviewing error queues, claim rejections, and denial trends for operational improvements
