Revenue Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Manager to drive profitable revenue strategies for various lodging products.

Key Responsibilities

• Focus on in-season strategy and implementation for assigned properties
• Foster relationships with stakeholders in Distribution, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
• Lead strategy meetings and support the onboarding of new technologies

Required Qualifications

• 2-year degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Hotel Management with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a 4-year degree with 2+ years of experience
• Experience with Revenue Management systems and hospitality industry analysis
• Strong knowledge of hotel and vacation rental inventory dynamics
• Experience working with luxury condominiums, homes, and hotels preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
