Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Manager - Multifamily Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Asset Management and Property Management teams to align pricing strategies and objectives
Conduct regular reviews on pricing strategies and monitor pricing performance, providing insights for adjustments
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to inform pricing decisions and optimize revenue opportunities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, preferably with a focus on Accounting, Finance, or Real Estate
Minimum 3 years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Financial Analysis, Property Operations, or Property Management
Familiarity with LRO, YieldStar, or AIRM is a plus
Experience using Yardi and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required
