Revenue Manager

Job Summary

Partnering with franchisees to implement revenue optimization strategies, the full-time Revenue Manager will lead revenue strategy meetings, generate performance reports, and align with commercial teams to drive hotel success in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead Revenue Strategy Calls with hotel teams
• Generate and distribute relevant Revenue Management reports
• Proactively communicate with properties regarding performance of Revenue Management Strategies

Required qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in revenue management or consulting with a focus on financial analysis or revenue analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Revenue Management Certification (CHRM or CRME) required within the first year if not already certified
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Multi-property revenue management experience preferred
